Evergreen International are open to applications from mature and responsible British Citizens who are 18 years and over. Applicants should be either currently studying at degree level or have recently completed their study at any UK University, however each application will be judged on individual merit.

For the 'teaching teachers' programme, post graduates and those with teaching experience are particularly encouraged to apply, however all degree levels will be considered, alongisde the maturity of the applicant.

What if I have no teaching experience?
DO NOT WORRY! The main criteria are that you are suitably motivated, want to experience a new culture, have good communication skills, diplomacy, resilience, confidence, and that you are flexible to change. Evergreen International will distribute some core teaching material and discuss this in further detail at the orientation day.

 

This scheme costs nothing to apply!

Upon SUCCESSFUL application you will be required to pay an administration fee of £185.00. This fee covers the costs of advertising, recruitment, training, producing teaching material, arranging travel requirements, etc.

The total will be the cost of your flights, visa and successful applicant admin fee. To recap, flights can costs anything from £300 to over £600 and visas cost approximately £100. Meals and accommodation are catered for throughout the trip.

Upon receipt of this letter we will decide whether to accept your application, and then arrange an interview. If selected we will require:

* Passport Photographs (x4) with name, age, home city, email and phone number on the back
* Two written personal references, to include phone numbers for back checks.
